VENUE
The 47th ADFIAP Annual Meetings is scheduled to take place on 15-17 MAY 2024 at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra Hotel.
Booking Information:

AIRPORT TRANSFER

· Arriving participants and guests are requested to confirm flight arrival details by email to Mr. Kang Panha email: kang_panha@ardb.com.kh with copy to Ms. Sandra Honrado email: sandra@adfiap.org, WhatsApp Number +855 93 791111 or +63 917 7041009.
Upon arrival, after the immigration, make their way to the desk which is identifiable by the ARDB and ADFIAP logos.
· Homebound or departing participants and guests must be ready at least 3 hours prior to scheduled flight departure. Schedules of shared hotel-airport transfers will be posted at the hotel reception desk.
· Participants and guests requiring independent transfers are recommended to arrange, by themselves, private transfers either with the hotel, or use taxi service.
MEDICAL CARE
Travel/Medical insurance is a must for all attendees; and this will be covered by them personally.
Adequate supply of personal medicines is also suggested, that may include medicines taken on a regular basis at home to relieve headache, stomachache, etc. (i.e., acetaminophen, ibuprofen, or aspirin, and the like).
BADGE
Access to the event is by official badge only. The registration desk will be opened on May 14th at the Sofitel Hotel lobby.

The general dress code for the event is business. Alternatively, please take note of the following:

The Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) can issue a Letter of Invitation, upon request, to support visa formalities to delegates and guests who may need it.
